About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire SAP consultants for its global rollout. You will work on the ERP backbone that runs plants, supply chains, and finance across multiple countries. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an SAP Consultant, you will configure and support SAP modules, gather business requirements, and translate them into clean, well-documented solutions that hold up across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Implementation

• Gather and document requirements from business process owners
• Configure SAP modules and support testing and cutover
• Support integrations between SAP and surrounding systems

Support & Improvement

• Resolve incidents and handle change requests across regions
• Identify process gaps and recommend SAP-led improvements
• Maintain configuration documentation and functional specs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years as an SAP functional or technical consultant
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one SAP module
• Strong grasp of the underlying business process you support
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or a global template rollout
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or shared services
• SAP certification in a relevant module
