What You'll do:

We are looking for a motivated SAP FI-CA professional who is eager to grow into the SAP BRIM space. This is an excellent opportunity for consultants with strong SAP Contract Accounting (FI-CA) expertise to transition into one of the most in-demand SAP billing and revenue management domains. Comprehensive training and mentoring on SAP BRIM modules — including SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) — will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build industry-specific SAP BRIM solutions in collaboration with Global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Gather, analyse, and document business and industry-specific requirements through structured client and stakeholder interactions
• Translate client pain points into functional SAP system configurations and solution designs
• Participate in and lead client demos, workshops, and review sessions
• Support end-to-end project delivery across multiple geographies within an onshore/offshore model
• Develop and deliver RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) across S/4 HANA and SAP ECC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless FI-CA Integration with CI, SD, MM, FI-GL, CO-PA, etc. modules but not limited to
• Be willing to undergo structured training and certification in SAP BRIM / SAP CI modules

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounting) — this is the core requirement
• Strong understanding of FI-CA integration with Other BRIM and Non-BRIM Components
• Development experience in S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC across RICEFW object types
• Basic working knowledge of SAP FICO integration
• Proven ability to manage and deliver within a multi-location, onshore/offshore delivery model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at client and stakeholder level
• Strong analytical mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completing multiple SAP project lifecycles

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) or SAP BRIM components
• Familiarity with SAP CRM / SAP Hybris
• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role
• Experience working in the High-Tech (HT), Postal, Transportation, Seaport, Airport etc. industry vertical
• Exposure to SAP Public Cloud product in Q2C area like CPQ, Subscription Billing, EMS, S4HANA Public cloud for Contract Accounting & Invoicing
• Exposure to SAP AI via Joule for Consultant and BTP Platform
