SAP Sales and Logistics Transformation

Location-PAN India

Lead SAP advisory consulting engagements in sales transformation.

Lead SAP S/4HANA consulting projects during implementation and rollout in sales transformation.

Strong experience in the SAP process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, testing and deployment- Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution.

Expected to perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance.

Will be involved in research and resolve affecting cross functional or production problems in industry and work closely with different stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria.

Expected to work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches to solving problem, test and conduct quality assurance (such as peer review), and implement quality application and its associated documentation, adhering to enforcing different SAP methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end users.

Preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards.

Coordinate and execute all phases of project including estimating, component selection, design and after implementation support.

Manage consulting teams and/or work as an individual contributor.

Should have excellent communication skill and consulting mindset.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment of multiple end to end SAP implementation project for Sales & Distribution or Logistics execution in S4 HANA or ECC systems

Should have knowledge in master data configuration, configuration and customization of various SD & LE scenarios.

Should be skilled in areas of various Order to cash management, Intercompany stock transfer, Sales rebate, output management, reporting, Sales dashboard preparation using analytical reports etc.

Familiarity with interfaces, EDI, and IDOCs Hands-on configuration experience. Scheduling tool experience RFC Queue Management (base level understanding).

Data migration expertise in SD or LE is preferable to have in experience history.

Having domain experience in shipping processing, manufacturing industry along with merchandising sales is good to have along with project management role.

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Preferable certification in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution.

Should have worked on delivering projects in agile methodology

Education: BE/BTech (preferred)

Experience: 6-12 years in the industry
