Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to work on enterprise SAP initiatives for leading financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with financial industry processes and regulatory requirements.

Professionals with experience in functional, techno-functional, or technical SAP roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions
  

• Configure, customize, and support SAP modules based on project requirements
  

• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  

• Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
  

• Support integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
  

• Conduct testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
  

• Provide production support and issue resolution
  

• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and BFSI regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
  

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience
  

• Experience working on SAP projects within BFSI organizations
  

• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module
  

• Experience in implementation, rollout, or transformation programs
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  

  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
  

• Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, or insurance processes
  

• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial sector
  

• SAP Certification is an advantage
