Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Track Lead_SAP Concur – T&E, P2P & Finance Systems to drive global ownership of Travel & Expense and Procure-to-Pay processes. This role will lead finance technology initiatives, optimize SAP Concur, strengthen BI capabilities, and ensure seamless integration across financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Act as global SME for T&E and P2P processes
- Define and execute finance technology roadmap
- Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Drive digital transformation and process optimization
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement stakeholders
SAP Concur Ownership
- Manage SAP Concur (Expense, Invoice, Request) platform
- Configure workflows, audit rules, and expense policies
- Oversee corporate card programs and system controls
- Ensure data integrity and resolve complex issues
- Drive continuous enhancements and user experience improvements
BI & Reporting (Cognos)
- Develop dashboards and reports in IBM Cognos Analytics
- Deliver insights on spend, compliance, and KPIs
- Enable self-service BI for business stakeholders
- Manage Cognos environment (security, performance, modeling)
Finance Systems & Integration
- Lead integrations with SAP S/4HANA FI, Oracle, NetSuite
- Ensure accurate GL postings, cost centers, and vendor data
- Work with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO)
- Maintain end-to-end data integrity across systems
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor global teams
- Partner with leadership on financial insights and system improvements
- Manage vendor relationships (SAP Concur, IBM, partners)
- Drive training and adoption across business users
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in T&E, P2P, Finance Systems, and BI
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur
- Expertise in Cognos / BI Reporting / Dashboards
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI or other ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of system integrations and middleware tools
- Proven experience in global stakeholder management and leadership
- Exposure to finance transformation and automation initiatives
