Location & Flexibility
India Hybrid: Noida/Bangalore
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (2 to 3 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a
General Finance Specialist III to join our Finance team and take ownership of our corporate card management, SAP Concur administration, and expense reporting functions. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our expense management ecosystem, ensuring our team members have seamless, user-friendly tools to manage their business expenses while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

Experience: 4 to 7 Yrs
Responsibilities
- Overall 4-5 years of work experience in finance and accounting, out of which 2-3 years are in expense management.
- Experience with corporate card programs
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Concur or similar Expense management Process, platforms.
Corporate Card Program Management
- Administer and optimize our corporate card program, including card issuance,
- limit adjustments, and account maintenance.
- Partner with card providers to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and ensure program efficiency.
- Monitor card usage and compliance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
SAP Concur Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for our SAP Concur platform, managing user access, workflows, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first-line support to end users.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system enhancements and integrations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track spend,
- compliance metrics, and program performance.
- Provide actionable insights to finance leadership and business stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all expense management systems.
- Process Improvement & Identify opportunities to streamline expense processes and enhance the user experience.
- Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows and reduce processing time.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with business units, procurement, and finance teams
- Deliver training sessions and support to ensure compliance with expense policies
- Act as a trusted advisor on expense-related matters.
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, financial operations, or expense management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Concur or similar expense management platforms.
- Experience with corporate card programs and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly guidance.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimizing processes .
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Degree in Finance/AccountingExperience working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred, but not required.
