This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and regulating commission rules, directly impacting the accuracy of incentive compensation and the satisfaction of sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain commission rules within SAP Commissions to accurately support business requirements
- Regularly review and regulate rules to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, assess impacts, and implement rule changes
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of commission rule changes to ensure correct payout calculations
- Troubleshoot and resolve commission-related issues, providing expert support to end-users
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend best practices
- Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for all rule configurations and updates
- Train and mentor junior team members on SAP Commissions functionality and rules management
