SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)

Job Requirements*

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools: Apex, Integration and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools: Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Field Service Lightning experience
• Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware)

Key Responsibilities*

Work with Business Users and SAP Team & participate in the design of a solution

Managing the data mapping/preparation, module customization, API (Application Programming Interface) development

Conduct Training for Super Users and Drive UAT

Report-out on specific tasks through each toll gate

Ensuring that any functional gaps (enhancements/config) are defined and being executed by the tech team, security roles are correctly assigned, any infrastructure (Printers, Scanners etc.,) are being progressed, and form changes being completed etc.
