Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized
SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant to work in a
Business Analyst (BA) role supporting ongoing commerce initiatives. The consultant will manage requirements, support Agile delivery, and coordinate closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a BA for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) initiatives.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain meeting notes, issue tracking, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity and timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud environments.
- High proficiency in JIRA.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
