Job Description
We are looking for a
SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant to work in a
Business Analyst (BA) role supporting ongoing commerce initiatives. The role involves requirement management, Agile delivery support, and close collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as BA for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) initiatives.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain meeting notes, issue tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity.
Required Skills
- Strong BA experience in SAP Commerce Cloud.
- High proficiency in JIRA.
- Good understanding of core commerce flows.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
