Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO), SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance, end-to-end implementations, solution architecture, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, COPA, Project Systems Costing, Results Analysis, Overhead Cost Controlling, allocation cycles, parallel accounting, budgeting, planning, financial closing, S/4HANA transformation, stakeholder management, delivery leadership and team management.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of core SAP experience with primary specialization in SAP Controlling (CO).
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Internal Orders.
• Strong experience in Product Costing, including Standard Costing and Actual Costing.
• Strong experience in Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Strong expertise in both Account-Based COPA and Costing-Based COPA.
• Strong experience in Project Systems (PS) Costing and Results Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Overhead Cost Controlling and Allocation Cycles.
• Experience in Parallel Accounting, Budgeting and Planning.
• Strong understanding of Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes.
• Experience in SAP CO solution architecture, solution design, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and business process harmonization.
• Experience driving process standardization across multiple legal entities, business units and geographies.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP FI, MM, SD, PS, PP, Asset Accounting and SAP Group Reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and consulting skills.
• Experience in delivery leadership, team management and client engagement.

Good-to-Have:

• Current or previous experience with Big 4 consulting firms.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting.
• Experience in global SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration programs.
• Experience in pre-sales support, solution strategy and consulting practice development.
• Experience conducting solution architecture workshops and client presentations.
• Experience in business process transformation and global process harmonization.
• Experience in cross-functional integration and enterprise financial reporting.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, delivery teams and complex transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP CO engagements, solution design and digital transformation initiatives across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
• Own end-to-end SAP CO solution architecture aligned with business requirements and financial reporting needs.
• Lead solution architecture workshops, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting and business process harmonization.
• Design and implement scalable SAP Controlling solutions across multiple legal entities, business units and geographies.
• Drive standardization and optimization of controlling processes.
• Lead configuration and implementation of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger and Actual Costing.
• Manage Account-Based and Costing-Based COPA configuration and integration.
• Oversee Project Systems Costing, Results Analysis, Overhead Cost Controlling and Allocation Cycles.
• Support Parallel Accounting, Budgeting, Planning and Month-End/Year-End Closing processes.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation and migration initiatives.
• Ensure effective integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PS, PP, Asset Accounting and SAP Group Reporting.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend solutions and drive process improvements.
• Manage project delivery, team performance, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution strategy, proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to consulting excellence, knowledge sharing and practice development.
• Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting capabilities where applicable.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines and consulting standards.

Who Can Apply

Candidates with 10+ years of core SAP experience specializing in SAP CO.
