At Coforge we are hiring SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting mediation solutions within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless data collection, aggregation, and processing across systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on experience in SAP BRIM(aka Hybris) Convergent Mediation.
- Participate in discussions with business leads, gather and understand the requirements
- Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation work flows per business requirements
- Administer and maintain Convergent Mediation platform
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new billing models
- Identify/troubleshoot application and/or code-related issues
- Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving; able to exercise independent judgment in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and non-technical clients
- Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 or more years of experience in designing, developing and deploying workflows in SAP Convergent Mediation
- Solid understanding of BRIM architecture including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, Subscription Order Management
- 3 or more years of experience in database design, SQL, scripting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute must
- Proven track record of willingness and interest in learning new tools and technologies is necessary
- Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Rally
