Job Description SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) & SuccessFactors Developer / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) Developer / Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise integrations. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors integrations across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid landscapes, with experience of build and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).

Build, enhance, and maintain iFlows, reusable integration components, and patterns.

Develop integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP / non-SAP systems.

Implement cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and hybrid integration scenarios.

Work on A2A and B2B integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and SFTP adapters.

Develop message mappings using Graphical Mapping, XSLT, and UDFs.

Write and maintain Groovy scripts for custom logic, validations, and transformations.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and production deployments.

Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and support guides.

Required Technical Skills:

5+ years of SAP integration experience with hands-on expertise in SAP CPI / Integration Suite. Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and related modules).

Good experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP adapters and XML/JSON payloads. Expertise in Message Mapping (Graphical), XSLT, and UDF development.

Good Groovy scripting skills in SAP CPI. Experience in interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with SAP API Management, Open Connectors, or Integration Advisor.

Knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and integration best practices.

Understanding of integration security concepts such as OAuth, certificates, and encryption. Experience integrating S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models. AP CPI / SAP Integration Suite certification is an added advantage.
