The Role
We are looking for an SAP ALM Consultant (Application Lifecycle Management Consultant) is responsible for managing and supporting the entire lifecycle of SAP applications — from implementation to monitoring, support, and optimization.
Responsibilities
· Configuration of Cloud ALM
1. Health Monitoring
2. Job and Automation Monitoring
3. Interface and channel Monitoring
4. Configuration and security analysis
5. Implementation of CALM chain management process
6. Integration of CALM- third party ticketing tool via standard API
7. Basic knowledge of BTP
8. Configuration of Jobs in Redwood
9. SAP support backbone in CALM
· Production Support and resolution of Focused Run and CALM issues on daily basis.
· Provides ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of CALM
· Acts as a mentor for the team members in the team in area of expertise.
· Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory requirements.
Must - Have Qualifications:
· 5-7 yrs or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as ALM Consultant and basis administrator in a medium or large size firm. Strong experience in Focused Run and CALM and specialization in Application Life Cycle
· Have knowledge of integration with Service Management tools like Service Now
· Sound knowledge of Alert monitoring metrics, KPI's & templates
· Experience for troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis.
· Experience on SLDR Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily
· Should have end to end implementation experience with Focused Run & CALM Has worked on Focused Build and Insight
· Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines.
· Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.
