Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CLM Project Management Consultant to lead and support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives within SAP environments. The consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, solution implementation, and ensuring successful adoption of SAP CLM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CLM implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects.
- Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze contract management requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, and testing teams.
- Oversee contract authoring, approval workflows, contract repository management, and compliance processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CLM with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Procurement, and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct project governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Drive change management and user training initiatives.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and SAP best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 3+ years in SAP CLM projects.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and best practices.
- Experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and project governance.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP CLM implementation experience.
- SAP Ariba Contracts or Procurement certifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, or professional services industries.
