Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP Case Management solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and provide functional recommendations.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP Case Management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing optimization activities.
• Lead project delivery and mentor team members for Lead-level positions.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Case Management implementation and support.
• Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Experience with SAP Public Sector processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale SAP environments.
  
  

Optional Skills

• UAE Government or Public Sector project experience.
• SAP S/4HANA exposure.
• SAP Fiori and SAP Business Workflow knowledge.
• SAP certification.
• Experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
