Hiring: SAP CAPM Trainer | 6-Week Training Program

We are looking for an experienced SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) Trainer to conduct a 6-week live instructor-led online training program covering end-to-end SAP CAP development using Node.js.

Training Topics Include:

• JavaScript & Node.js Fundamentals

• SAP BTP Architecture & Business Application Studio (BAS)

• Introduction to SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)

• Database Modeling – CDS, Entities, Associations & Compositions

• Service Modeling & OData V4 Services

• CRUDQ Operations, Deep Insert & Service Testing

• SAP HANA Cloud & Database Deployment

• SAPUI5 Freestyle Development

• SAP Fiori Elements & Annotations

• Custom Handlers, Actions & Functions

• Side Effects & Draft Handling

• Application Debugging & Troubleshooting

• Third-Party System Integration (SuccessFactors / SAP S/4HANA)

• Application Security – XSUAA, IAS, Authentication & Authorization

• Application Routing & App Router

• Production Deployment using SAP BTP Cloud Foundry

• SAP Build Work Zone & Launchpad Configuration

• GitHub, Version Control & CI/CD

• End-to-end real-world projects and practical implementation

Duration: 6 Weeks

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

⌛ Total Training: 40+ Hours

Trainer Remuneration: 25k for the complete 6-week program

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAPM with Node.js

• Good understanding of JavaScript, CDS and OData V4

• Experience developing end-to-end CAP applications

• Practical experience with SAP BTP, HANA Cloud and Cloud Foundry

• Knowledge of SAPUI5 Freestyle and Fiori Elements integration

• Experience with XSUAA, application security and external integrations

• Hands-on experience with application deployment and CI/CD

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, starting from fundamentals

• Experience working on real-time SAP projects

• Previous training/mentoring experience is a plus

• Ability to conduct interactive, practical sessions rather than purely theoretical training

The trainer will be expected to deliver the complete curriculum, conduct hands-on demonstrations, implement practical examples and real-world projects, and guide learners throughout the program.
