We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP / CAPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CAPM-based development, SAP Fiori/UI5, and modern cloud and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment) using CAPM
- Build and enhance SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 applications integrated with CAP-based backend services
- Develop and manage CDS data models, OData V4 services, and REST APIs
- Implement secure and scalable solutions using SAP BTP services such as XSUAA, Destination, Connectivity, and Launchpad
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design, integration, and deployment
- Manage source code using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems
- Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and scalability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of SAP development experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP / CAPM (preferred)
- Strong experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development
- Experience in CDS modeling and OData V4 services
- Good understanding of REST API design and integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (XSUAA, Destination, Connectivity, Launchpad)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integrations
- SAP BTP certification is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
