System Tester SAP Cloud for Customer Application

The System Tester is responsible for validating the quality, stability, and readiness of an SAP cloud for customer application used by approximately 4,700 users globally across three business divisions and integrated with three ERP back-end systems. This role works closely with functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to test ongoing enhancements, system upgrades, and releases, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for enhancements, defect fixes, and scheduled releases.

Support and help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, execution, defect tracking, and results reporting.

Participate in system upgrades and SAP cloud releases, validating impacts across business processes, integrations, and ERP back ends.

Collaborate with functional business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with development and support teams.

Maintain and enhance test assets, including test cases, scripts, and regression test packs.

Ensure test coverage across multiple divisions, geographies, and user roles.

Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities as required.

Qualifications:

Experience testing SAP or SAP cloud-based enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP-integrated system landscapes.

Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and defect management tools.

Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional IT environment.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear communication.
