Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Mysore

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to 26 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP C4C and SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, driving requirement gathering, configuring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and conduct functional workshops
  • Understand business processes and map them to SAP C4C and Sales/Service Cloud capabilities
  • Drive end-to-end implementation and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
  • Configure SAP Service Cloud V2 (workflows, roles, service levels, ticketing, etc.)
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality delivery
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and enhancements
  • Work across project phases including build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
  • Participate in presales activities such as RFP solutioning for CX solutions
  • Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and third-party systems
  • Ensure alignment with best practices in SAP CX implementation

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Service business processes (lead-to-quote, ticketing, SLA, routing rules)
  • Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation
  • Hands-on experience in configuration:
    • Workflow Rules
    • Business Rules
    • User Roles & Authorizations
    • Service Levels & Categorization
  • Experience with UAT, test case preparation, and user training
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and external systems
  • Understanding of SAP BTP architecture for extensions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SAP CRM (Sales & Service Cloud V1)
  • Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodologies
  • Experience in key user tools and screen adaptations
  • Knowledge of organizational structure setup, master data (customer/material)
  • Experience in presales and RFP solutioning
  • Familiarity with third-party ERP integrations
  • Exposure to side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
