Job Description:
- 68 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) V1 and V2; SAP CRM experience desirable.
- Proven track record of leading requirement-gathering sessions, functional workshops, and end-to-end implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 architecture, capabilities, and extensibility.
- Ability to map business processes (e.g., lead-to-quote, ticket management, SLA, routing rules) to system capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Service Cloud V2 (business roles, workflow rules, service levels, ticket management).
- Expertise in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, training materials, and user documentation.
- Experience in integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and third-party ERPs; deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture for side-by-side extensions.
- Familiarity with key user tools, screen adaptations, and creation of organizational structure, material, and customer data.
- Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in agile/scrum environments.
- Client-facing experience preferred; excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
