Functional Business Analyst SAP Cloud for Customer Application

The Functional Business Analyst is responsible for the functional support, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of an SAP cloud for customer application used by approximately 4,700 users globally across three business divisions and integrated with three ERP back-end systems. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and SAP technical teams to ensure system stability, usability, and alignment with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day functional support for the SAP cloud customer application, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with technical teams.

Serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end business processes supported by the application, ensuring consistency across divisions and ERP integrations.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications for configuration or enhancement.

Support system releases, upgrades, and enhancements, including testing coordination (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment readiness.

Manage stakeholder relationships across global user groups, ensuring effective communication and change adoption.

Collaborate with ERP and integration teams to ensure reliable data flows and compliance with corporate standards.

Maintain functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.

Qualifications:

Strong experience as a Functional Business Analyst supporting SAP or SAP cloud-based applications.

Understanding of ERP integrations and multi-system landscapes.

Proven ability to support large, global user communities in a complex enterprise environment.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
