We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP C4C, CPI, BTP, Reporting, and CRM business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Sales Cloud solutions while collaborating with global stakeholders and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into end-to-end SAP C4C solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) applications.
• Drive solution delivery with global Agile/DevOps teams.
• Manage C4C reporting, dashboards, territory management, and data replication processes.
• Support integrations between SAP Cloud solutions and on-premise SAP systems using CPI and BTP.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with SAP Sales Cloud enhancements and recommend best practices.

Requirements

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
