We at Coforge are seeking a C4C Technical Consultant with the following skill set:
- Candidate should have 4 - 10 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 (C4C).
- Experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 / SAP CRM is desirable but not mandatory.
- Lead requirement‑gathering sessions and functional workshops for SAP C4C V1 and V2.
- Understand business processes and map them to the capabilities of SAP C4C and SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.
- Actively participate in pre‑sales RFPs for CX solutioning.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Configure SAP Service Cloud V2 based on business needs, including, Business roles, Workflow rules, Service levels, Ticket management & Other standard configurations.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation, coordinating with relevant component teams.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance of the configured solution.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams during all phases, including build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
- Work closely with technical teams on integration requirements, data migration, and custom development.
- Extensive experience in integration capabilities of SAP C4C and SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 with: SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI & Third‑party ERPs.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture for side‑by‑side extensions with SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.
Additional Requirements
- Experience leading projects with hands‑on expertise in SAP C4C and SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.
- Minimum 2 end‑to‑end lifecycle implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 architecture, capabilities, and extensibility options.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and convert findings into detailed functional documentation.
