AbouttheRole:WeareseekinganexperiencedandhighlyskilledSAPC4CArchitecttoleadthedesign,development,andimplementationofrobustandscalableSAPCloudfor

Customer(C4C)solutions.TheidealcandidatewillpossessadeepunderstandingofCRMbestpractices,astrongtechnicalbackgroundinSAPC4C,andtheabilitytotranslate

complexbusinessrequirementsintoeffectivetechnicalarchitectures.ThisrolewillbecriticalinensuringourSAPC4Clandscapesupportsstrategicbusinessgoals,drivesefficiency,and

enhancescustomerengagement.

KeyResponsibilities:

∙Leadthearchitecturaldesign,development,andimplementationofSAPC4Csolutions,encompassingSalesCloud,ServiceCloud,andMarketingCloudmodules.

∙Collaborateextensivelywithbusinessstakeholderstogather,analyze,andtranslatecomplexbusinessrequirementsintodetailedsystemspecificationsandfunctionaldesignsforSAPC4C.

∙Designend-to-endSAPC4Csolutions,includingconfiguration,customdevelopment(SDK),UIadaptations,andreporting,ensuringalignmentwithoverallenterprisearchitectureandbestpractices.

∙DefineandoverseetheintegrationstrategyforSAPC4Cwithothercriticalsystems,includingSAPECC/S/4HANA,SAPCPI(CloudPlatformIntegration),SAPPI/PO,

andotherthird-partyapplications,ensuringseamlessdataflowandprocessautomation.

∙Provideexperttechnicalguidance,mentorship,andleadershiptodevelopmentandfunctionalteams,ensuringadherencetoarchitecturalstandards,quality,andperformance.

∙Ensuretheoptimalperformance,scalability,reliability,andmaintainabilityofSAPC4Csolutions.Conductsystemanalysis,identifybottlenecks,andproposeimprovements.

∙Defineandenforcearchitecturestandards,bestpractices,andgovernanceframeworksforSAPC4Cimplementationandongoingoperations.

∙Createcomprehensivesolutiondocumentation,includingarchitecturalblueprints,functionalspecifications,technicaldesigns,testplans,anddeploymentstrategies.

∙Leadandfacilitateworkshops,fit-gapanalysis,anddesignsessionswithbusinessusersandtechnicalteams.

∙StayabreastofthelatestSAPC4Cfeatures,productroadmaps,industrytrends,andemergingtechnologies(e.g.,AI,predictiveanalyticswithinC4C)todriveinnovationandcontinuousimprovement.

∙Providearchitecturalinputforprojectplanning,effortestimation,riskassessment,andtechnicalfeasibilitystudies.Supportgo-liveandpost-productionactivities.

RequiredSkillsandQualifications:

∙Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelatedfield.

∙12+yearsofoverallSAPexperience,withatleast10+yearsspecificallyinSAPC4C.

∙Provenhands-onexperiencewithSAPC4Cconfiguration,extensions(usingCloudApplicationsStudio/SDK),andintegrationmethodologies(SAPCPI/HCI,PI/PO,

WebServices,OData,IDocs).

∙StrongunderstandingofSAPC4Cdatamodel,workflows,businessobjects,andUIconfiguration.

∙Demonstratedexperienceindesigningandimplementingend-to-endSAPC4Csolutionsforcomplexbusinessscenarios.

∙Familiaritywithvariousprojectmethodologies(Agile,Waterfall,Hybrid).

∙Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,anddebuggingskills.

∙Strongcommunication,presentation,andinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytoeffectivelyinteractwithstakeholdersatalllevels,fromtechnicalteamstoseniorbusinessleadership.

∙Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofadistributedteam.

PreferredQualifications:

∙SAPC4CCertification(s).

∙ExperiencewithotherSAPCX(CustomerExperience)solutions

∙KnowledgeofABAPdevelopmentforintegrationscenarioswithSAPECC/S/4HANA.
