Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Functional Consultant & IT admin to manage and support our ERP (SAP Business ByDesign), POS integration, HRMS system , and on-premise IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth business operations through seamless system integration and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between departments and ERP support for SAP Business By Design.
- Manage and maintain real-time integration between POS systems and SAP back-end.
- Oversee the HRMS software and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Provide functional support and configuration for SAP modules relevant to retail and wholesale operations.
- Develop and maintain SAP API integrations with other third-party systems.
- Administer and monitor on-premise servers used for POS and employee biometric attendance.
- Ensure Office 365 applications are efficiently used across all users and resolve user issues.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support when required.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring.
- Train staff on ERP usage, Office 365 tools, and other software as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years Proven experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, preferably in SAP Business ByDesign.
- Strong knowledge of SAP API integrations and middleware tools.
- Experience in managing POS systems, especially in retail environments.
- Familiarity with any HRMS software.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux) and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems.
