SAP BW Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 level support for SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA systems.
• Handle critical P1 and P2 tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Work on data modelling tasks in SAP BW and SAP HANA environments.
• Develop and troubleshoot ABAP-based data extraction and transformations.
• Utilize AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for complex scenarios (basic exposure required).
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP authorization concepts and data governance standards.
• Support and maintain data sources from SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to ITSM processes and ticketing standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Mandatory Skills:
• SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA
• SAP HANA
• ABAP programming
• Basic experience with AMDP
• Data modelling expertise
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM source systems
• Basic understanding of reporting and analytics
• Good to Have:
• Experience with SAP BW and HANA authorization concepts
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
