SAP BW Data Engineer

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking an experienced SAP BW Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires detailed knowledge and extensive experience with SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW Classic), coupled with expertise in relational database technologies, especially Oracle. You'll be responsible for developing and consulting on SAP BW and Oracle DBMS for migration and enhancements within the PICOS environment, ensuring robust data modeling and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP BW Development & Consulting: Develop and consult within SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and Oracle DBMS for migration and enhancements within the PICOS system.
• Data Modeling & Warehousing: Apply very good knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse technologies to design and optimize data structures.
• Data Integration: Utilize strong knowledge of data integration scenarios within the SAP Business Warehouse context to ensure seamless data flow.
• Database Management: Work extensively with relational database technologies, particularly Oracle DBMS.
• Communication & Collaboration: Leverage excellent communication and consulting skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Detailed knowledge and extensive experience with SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW Classic).
• Strong knowledge of relational database technologies, especially Oracle DBMS.
• Proven experience with data modeling and data warehouse technologies.
• Very good knowledge of data integration scenarios within the SAP Business Warehouse context.
• Good consulting and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge in the purchasing area.
• Good knowledge and first experiences with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge with integration platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, SAP BODS, and others).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP BW Data Engineer.
• Skill Level: Medium with potential or High.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW Classic).
