Job Description

The Technical Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services. This position requires excellent technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BW-CORE business solutions and services, including the design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of BW-CORE products and services.

Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams, to ensure accurate and consistent use of BW-CORE business solutions and services.

Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of BW-CORE business solutions and services.

Monitor and troubleshoot BW-CORE business solutions and services, and provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.

Participate in customer meetings, demos, and other events to promote BW-CORE business solutions and services.

Provide support and guidance on product and service upgrades and new releases.

Identify and document customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.

Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.

Stay current with industry trends and technology to ensure BW-CORE business solutions and services are up-to-date.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in technical consulting and/or customer service.

Expertise in BW-CORE business solutions and services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
