Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

12–15 years of experience in SAP BW architecture, design, and implementation.
Lead knowledge transition for the SAP BW landscape as part of the SKF Industrial to Automotive handover.
Design and architect SAP BW solutions aligned with business and reporting requirements.
Review and validate data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Provide technical leadership across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related analytics tools.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Drive adoption of next-generation platforms such as SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing BW systems for improved performance.
Define and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
Ability to analyze and review complex technical and functional design documents.
Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with vendors and offshore teams.
Proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering solutions.
Ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
Continuous learning mindset with awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Adaptability and teamwork within agile environments.
Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA data modeling.
Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC); exposure to SAP BDC is an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting frameworks.
Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA and data platforms such as Snowflake.
Exposure to third-party integrations and hybrid architecture landscapes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
