Sap Business Warehouse Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to design, develop, and support SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions that enable effective business reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data modeling, report development, data load management, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient BW solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models, including InfoObjects, DataStore Objects (DSOs), InfoCubes, and CompositeProviders.
• Develop and optimize reporting solutions using BEx Query Designer to meet business reporting and analytical requirements.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Analyze and resolve data load failures, performance issues, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP BW solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data quality across BW systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to SAP BW best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.
• Provide end-user support and training related to BW reports and analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW/BW on HANA development and support.
• Strong experience in developing InfoObjects, DSOs/ADSOs, InfoCubes, CompositeProviders, and BEx Queries.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within SAP BW.
• Experience in troubleshooting data loads and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools.
• Understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related integration processes.
