SAP Business Process Risk & Controls (BPRC) Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPRC design and testing for large-scale SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA business process controls and IT control assessments.
• Expertise in SAP security, automation, and segregation of duty (SoD) controls.
• Full lifecycle experience in Business Process Controls transformation (Strategy, Design, Evaluation, Training, and Monitoring).
• Regulatory compliance experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other industry regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize SAP business processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a global, multi-time zone team.

Work Conditions & Location:

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work).
• Work Model: Hybrid/Onsite (Based on business requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BRIM or SAP Risk & Compliance certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Exposure to emerging SAP technologies and risk management tools.
