Role Purpose
We are looking for an SAP Business One Support Executive to provide functional and technical support for SAP B1 users across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring smooth business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and production modules.
Deliverables
- Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Business One users
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 functional and technical issues
- Handle user queries related to modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate with SAP partners or developers for bug fixes and enhancements
- Support SAP B1 add-ons, integrations, and reports
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities
- Create and maintain user documentation and SOPs
- Train end users and provide ongoing system guidance
- Perform regular database checks and basic SQL queries.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field
- 14 years of experience supporting SAP Business One
- Strong understanding of SAP B1 functional modules
- Knowledge of SQL queries for creation of Reports / Data.
- Experience with SAP B1 add-ons.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and user-handling abilities
- SAP Business One certification
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains
- Exposure to SAP B1.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Time management and multitasking
- Attention to detail
