About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Business One (SAP B1) Support Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for SAP B1 users, ensuring smooth system operations, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement of business processes across sales, inventory, purchasing, and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support to SAP Business One users across departments.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve SAP B1 issues in a timely and prioritized manner.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations.
- Manage user access, master data, and system configurations within SAP B1.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend system/process improvements.
- Work with external SAP partners for escalations, upgrades, or customization needs.
- Conduct end-user training and maintain documentation/SOPs for system usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all modules.
- Support integration and reporting between SAP B1 and other internal platforms (CRM, e-commerce, etc.).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One support (functional or techno-functional).
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules including Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance.
- Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server) capable of writing, debugging, and optimizing queries.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports and SAP B1 SDK preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP B1 integration tools (DI API, DTW, B1if).
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in sales/distribution-oriented organizations (e.g., trading, manufacturing, consumer goods, or lighting industry).
