Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Business One (SAP B1) Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of experience to support, implement, and enhance SAP B1 solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a balanced understanding of both functional processes and technical customization, with prior exposure to the coal or mining industry being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Business One across business functions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 solutions
- Customize SAP B1 using SDK, queries, and add-ons
- Manage and optimize core modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production
- Develop reports using SQL / Crystal Reports
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and business processes
- Support data migration, upgrades, and integration with third-party systems
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One (technical + functional)
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Production)
- Experience with SQL queries and database management (MS SQL / HANA)
- Familiarity with SAP B1 SDK, DI API, or Service Layer
- Experience in report development (Crystal Reports preferred)
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the coal or mining industry
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or commodity trading processes
- SAP B1 certification (added advantage)
