SAP Business One Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes across various domains and possess hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.

Configure and customize SAP Business One modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, etc.) to meet client needs.

Lead or support end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 users.

Design and generate reports using SAP Crystal Reports, SAP Query Generator, and SQL queries.

Coordinate with development teams for customization and integration with third-party applications.

Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals and documentation.

Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements of SAP Business One, including SAP HANA.

Assist in data migration and system upgrades when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

3 to 10 years of experience working with SAP Business One as a functional consultant.

Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Services.

Hands-on experience with SAP B1 implementation, support, and migration projects.

Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, DTW, and SAP B1 Integration Framework (B1if) is a plus.

Experience in SAP HANA environment is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

SAP B1 Certification is a plus.
