AffluentSoftware Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT SAP BusinessAnalyst to support SAP business-process design and implementation acrossmanufacturing and quality-related modules within a regulated environment.
The rolewill work closely with business functions, internal SAP teams, technologystakeholders, quality representatives, and implementation partners to translateoperational needs into clear SAP requirements and project deliverables.
KeyResponsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand site processes, operational requirements, and technology needs.
- Develop end-to-end process flows for the overall site, organized by SAP module.
- Lead and support the preparation of SAP module-level User Requirements Specifications (URS).
- Facilitate and co-lead business requirements, process-design, and solution workshops.
- Identify functional and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solution documentation.
- Prepare and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Support fit-gap analysis across business processes and SAP functionality.
- Participate in SAP integration technical-design discussions.
- Contribute to risk and impact assessments.
- Support the preparation and review of functional specifications.
- Provide Business Analyst input into design specifications.
- Contribute to initial master-data preparation and load activities.
- Support the development and implementation of the Data Governance Plan.
- Lead the development of end-to-end UAT scenarios, test scripts, and test data with support from business users.
- Track and resolve open actions associated with Business Analyst deliverables.
- Contribute to project-phase deliverables, including PIA, BIA, TIA, RID, fit-gap analysis, and related documentation.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, validation, and implementation.
- Work closely with internal SAP teams, global and local technology stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners.
Qualifications& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology and business-transformation initiatives.
- Strong SAP implementation experience across PP, QM, and SOTC modules.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
- Experience creating process flows, URS documents, RTMs, functional specifications, fit-gap assessments, and UAT documentation.
- Strong understanding of requirements management, traceability, testing, and validation.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to independently plan and manage deliverables, assumptions, risks, constraints, and dependencies.
Preferred Experience
- Formal Business Analysis certification.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working within a global organization.
- Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing business-process knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong functional and business-process knowledge across SAP PP, QM, and SOTC, along with proven experience supporting SAP implementation and business-transformation initiatives.
The candidate should be capable of working independently with business stakeholders, SAP teams, technology teams, quality representatives, and implementation partners, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap analysis, documentation, UAT, traceability, and stakeholder management.
