SAP Business Analyst

Skills (3-5 years): SAP CS with MM, SAP SD, Business Analysis, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, BRD, User Stories, UAT, Agile.

About the role

We are hiring an SAP Business Analyst (3–5 years) to own requirements for service and order-to-cash processes, from the first service notification to the final invoice.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and map service business processes in SAP CS/SD: service notifications, service orders, spare parts, service contracts and O2C
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritise the backlog; coordinate UAT and Agile/SDLC delivery
• Work independently with business users and coordinate delivery across IT teams, Global CoEs and technology partners
• Support ERP-integrated digital solutions: integrations, digital workflows and low-code/no-code platforms

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in Business Analysis, ERP Functional Consulting, Service Operations IT or Digital Transformation
• Practical working knowledge of SAP CS/SD
• Hands-on requirements documentation, process mapping, backlog prioritisation and UAT coordination
• Exposure to enterprise applications, system integrations or low-code/no-code platforms
• Preferred domains: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Industrial Equipment or similar B2B
• Good to have: SAP MM, Field Service Management, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, RPA, AI-enabled process automation
