SAP BTP Developer

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing SAP applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based enterprise applications using SAP BTP technologies.
• Work on microservices-based architecture leveraging SAP Cloud Foundry features and capabilities.
• Develop applications using Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP/CAPM) with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Create and manage Core Data Services (CDS) models.
• Design and work with HANA Cloud HDI containers, including SQL Script, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and table design.
• Build user interfaces using SAP UI5 (freestyle) and work with Fiori Elements.
• Develop and test applications using Node.js, including writing test scripts.
• Consume external/internal services and handle application integrations.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting using logs and traces in Cloud Foundry.
• Work with BTP services such as Identity Services and XSUAA for authentication and authorization.
• Use SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for development and collaborate via GitHub and DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP, CAPM, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application development and integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
