Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP BTP Technical Consultant with strong expertise in
ABAP on S/4HANA and SAP BTP extension technologies. The role focuses on enabling clean core transformations, modern extension development, and intelligent automation using SAP's latest cloud and AI capabilities.
You will work closely with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to modernize custom developments, implement best practices, and drive innovation on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
Must-Have Skills (46 Years Experience Each)
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP on S/4HANA
- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP)
- Development experience using RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
- Experience building applications on SAP BTP
- Knowledge of SAP Business Process Automation
- Hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud
- Exposure to SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model)
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in clean core transformation initiatives
- Act as a technical architect guiding S/4HANA and BTP extension strategies
- Define and enforce governance for custom code development
- Promote best practices for SAP S/4HANA and BTP development
- Analyze custom code and recommend modernization or re-platforming approaches
- Drive in-app and side-by-side extension strategies
- Use SAP AI tools to support intelligent code transformation
- Conduct custom code impact analysis related to S/4HANA data model changes
- Ensure custom developments align with clean core principles
