Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Consultant with expertise in Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) to design, develop, and implement event-driven integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP BTP, messaging/event-driven architecture, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement event-driven architectures using SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM)
• Configure and manage event brokers, queues, topics, and event mesh topology
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Develop and deploy asynchronous communication patterns (pub/sub, queue-based messaging)
• Work on real-time event streaming and message routing
• Monitor and troubleshoot message flows, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement security, governance, and access control for event-driven integrations
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define integration requirements
• Support end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Expertise in Advanced Event Mesh (AEM)
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems
• Knowledge of pub/sub, queues, topics, event brokers
• Experience in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and API Management
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, OData services
• Understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts
• Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting integration flows

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Solace PubSub+ (underlying AEM technology)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations
• Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines in BTP
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Integration technologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Event Mesh / AEM

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
