- Leads the Development & Engineering team in area of specialism and develops the team to ensure it has the right capability.
- Work very closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, Designers and Domain Experts, in an Agile working model.
- Assume additional technical, organizational or coordination tasks or roles, as required Strategically leverages networks to drive innovation, best practice and a continuous improvement culture.
- Collaborate intensively with colleagues inside and outside the team and collaborate professionally with Business Owners.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and testing complete end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on quality
- Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery.
- Collaborate with designers and domain experts. Work in a diverse team applying Scrum and agile development
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Highly advanced knowledge of designing, developing, and debugging solutions
- Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in Design, coding, testing and delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, robust and performant applications.
- Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: BTP, CPI, Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway.
- Knowledge of automation test frameworks like OPA5/QUnits is desirable.
- Good communication skills
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred
- Application Development on SAP BTP (Neo & Cloud Foundry)
- Develop, deploy, and manage applications on SAP
- Business Technology Platform (BTP) in both Neo and Cloud Foundry environments.
- Leverage SAP Cloud Application Programming Model
- (CAP) and Node.js to build scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- SAP HANA Cloud
- Develop and optimize complex database models, stored procedures, and views using SAP HANA Cloud
- Good knowledge of HANA Data modelling and working with HANA artifacts like (HDB tables, Stored procedures etc)
- Implement advanced analytics and performance tuning on HANA DB to optimize query execution and data retrieval.
- Work with HANA Data Provisioning tools (SDI, SDA) to integrate external data sources.
- Implement and manage OAuth2, SAML, JWT, and other security protocols for BTP applications and APIs
- Maintain compliance with SAP security best practices and implement S/HANA extensions using SAP Fiori/ UI5
- Relationship management (internal & external stakeholders)
- End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
- Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners

- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
