SAP BTP Consultant SAP Joule Activation & Integration

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to lead the assessment, activation, configuration, and validation of SAP Joule for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (RISE with SAP). The consultant will be responsible for configuring SAP BTP services, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), Cloud Connector, and ensuring successful onboarding and testing of end users within the SAP Joule environment.

Work Location: India (Remote) / Shift : APAC Shift - 6.30 am to 3.30 pm IST

Contract Period: 3 months, extendable

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Experience with SAP Joule activation, configuration, and integration.
• Expertise in SAP Build Work Zone.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS).
• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector setup and administration.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition / RISE with SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of SSO, authentication, authorization, and identity management concepts.
• Experience with SAP BTP destinations, service configurations, and integration scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Business AI and SAP Joule use-case implementation.
• Exposure to SAP Security and Role Management.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP services.
• SAP BTP certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the existing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition landscape and validate readiness for SAP Joule activation.
• Review and validate SAP BTP subaccount setup, entitlements, service instances, and connectivity architecture.
• Configure and maintain SAP Build Work Zone and integrate it with SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Configure SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for user authentication, synchronization, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Establish and validate trust relationships between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, IAS, and SAP Build Work Zone.
• Configure and support SAP Cloud Connector for secure communication between SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Execute SAP Joule activation using SAP BTP Boosters and perform required post-activation activities.
• Configure communication arrangements, destinations, target mappings, and required backend settings for SAP Joule.
• Enable and validate SAP Joule integration within SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP Build Work Zone.
• Manage user provisioning, business role assignments, and authorization setup for SAP Joule users.
• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP Joule use cases, conversational scenarios, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and business transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, connectivity, integration, and configuration issues.
