Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Application Developer / Architect with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), CAPM, SAP Build, and SAP Work Zone. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications on SAP Business Technology Platform, integrating with SAP S/4HANA and other backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud-native applications on SAP BTP using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• Develop and maintain applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
• Build low-code/no-code applications using SAP Build Apps, Build Process Automation, and Build Workflows
• Configure and customize SAP Work Zone for digital workplace, launchpads, and role-based content
• Develop RESTful services and APIs using Node.js / Java under CAPM
• Integrate SAP BTP applications with S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP/non-SAP systems
• Work with Fiori/UI5 or SAP Build UI for front-end development
• Manage application security using XSUAA, role collections, destinations, and BTP cockpit
• Deploy and manage applications on Cloud Foundry / Kyma Runtime
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Expertise in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
• Solid experience with CAPM (Node.js and/or Java)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Build Apps, Build Workflows, and Process Automation
• Experience configuring and developing content in SAP Work Zone
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, OData services, and REST APIs
• Experience with Cloud Foundry environment, BTP services, and subaccount configuration
• Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth, XSUAA, role collections)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite
• Exposure to Kyma Runtime / Kubernetes
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience
• SAP BTP certifications (CAP, Extension Suite, or Build)
