Role Summary

In this role, the ideal candidate will build, deploy, and manage applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). They will leverage their expertise in full-stack development to create scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage applications in a cloud-based environment on SAP BTP.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js-based service patterns.
• Build responsive UI components using SAPUI5 and integrate with backend APIs.
• Design database artifacts and data models for SAP HANA-based persistence.
• Configure subaccounts and service instances for application delivery.
• Create evaluation loops to monitor AI behaviour in applications.
• Use Git-based workflows for source control and collaboration.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP BTP application development.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and administration.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack implementation patterns.
• Proficiency in Node.js and SAPUI5.
• Experience with database design and SAP HANA.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio.
• Good to have: SAP Fiori and SAP cloud platform
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of BTP Developer's Guide.
• Experience with AI application patterns.
