Technical design and support of our BTP developments related to SAP S/4HANA RISE system
Technical monitoring of BTP components like integrations, security, services etc.
Design, understand and review the custom applications built on SAP BTP
Configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S/4HANA RISE applications,
Provide day-to-day support on various technical and infrastructure issues
Handle tasks including problem resolution, request fulfilment, configuration changes, supporting production documentation, and implementation support.
Oversee team doing system configuration with user access/security in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies
Review appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes.
SAP BTP Expertise:
SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)
SAP Extension Suite (Business Application Studio, CAP, RAP)
SAP HANA Cloud
SAP Business Application Studio
Security and Compliance:
Review security best practices on BTP including data protection, authentication, authorization, IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service).
Provide expertise in user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, and seamless identity federation.
Oversee the roles, authorizations, and access control across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Minimum Qualifications
Overall 10+ years of SAP experience with minimum 3+ years of BTP experience (BTP) Hands-on technical knowledge with SAP S/4 RISE systems.
At least 1 RISE with SAP implementation
Consulting and architecture experience in BTP and its components
Experience in SAP security concepts (implemented on BTP)
Knowledge of API management tools (with SAP Business Hub)
Working experience with the following: XML, Web services, REST, SFTP, Java Script etc.
Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests,
Excellent communication skills (written /verbal) with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences,
Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems,
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users,
University degree in Information Technology or related field.
Grow with SAP implementation is a plus
ABAP experience - preferably on SAP Cloud Platform is a plus
