SAP BTP Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and monitor integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. SSAP Help Portal+1
• Work with adapters such as HTTP, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, REST, and JDBC.
• Develop message mappings, transformations, routing, filtering, and exception handling.
• Configure Content Modifier, Router, Splitter, Gather, Groovy scripts, and other integration-flow components.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous integration scenarios.
• Configure authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, certificates, and SSH keys.
• Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot failures, and analyze message-processing logs.
• Use SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between BTP and on-premise systems.
• Work with pre-packaged integration content and extend it based on business requirements. SSAP Help Portal
• Support deployment across development, QA, and production environments.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration / CPI.
• Experience with:
  • Integration Flow (iFlow)
  • Message Mapping
  • Groovy scripting
  • XML / JSON
  • XPath / XSLT
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • SFTP / HTTP / OData
  • IDoc / RFC
• Basic understanding of API Management and event-driven integration is an advantage. SAP Integration Suite includes capabilities such as Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor, and Trading Partner Management. SSAP Help Portal+1
• Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
