Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Testing Program Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy, governance, planning, and execution for SAP BRIM transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP BRIM solutions, large-scale testing management, revenue lifecycle processes, subscription billing, and system integration testing.

This role is responsible for managing all testing phases across SAP BRIM implementations, including System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Production Readiness activities. The individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, system integrators, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Governance

Define and execute the overall testing strategy for SAP BRIM programs.

Establish testing governance, quality processes, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria.

Develop comprehensive test plans covering all BRIM components and integrated systems.

Implement risk-based testing approaches and quality assurance frameworks.

Ensure alignment with enterprise SDLC, Agile, and SAP Activate methodologies.

Program Leadership

Lead global testing teams across multiple geographies and vendors.

Manage testing schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.

Coordinate testing across business, technology, infrastructure, data migration, and integration workstreams.

Facilitate governance meetings, defect triage sessions, and executive status reporting.

Drive issue resolution and escalation management throughout the testing lifecycle.

Production readiness metrics

Ensure successful completion of quality gates prior to deployment.

Data Validation & Reconciliation

Validate billing, invoicing, revenue, and accounting transactions.

Ensure financial reconciliation across BRIM and downstream systems.

Support data migration testing and historical billing validation.

Verify pricing, taxation, subscription, and revenue recognition accuracy.

Automation & Testing Tools

Define and drive test automation strategy.

Increase automation coverage for regression and release testing cycles.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders, product owners, finance teams, revenue operations, and IT organizations.

Communicate testing progress, risks, and readiness to executive stakeholders.

Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and business sign-offs.

Drive cross-functional collaboration among system integrators, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.

10+ years of QA and Testing experience.

5+ years leading large SAP testing programs.

3+ years of SAP BRIM implementation or testing experience.

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale digital billing and monetization programs.

Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and revenue management processes.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP BRIM Certification.

SAP S/4HANA or SAP RAR certification.

PMP, PgMP, ISTQB, CSM, or SAFe certifications.

Experience with telecommunications, media, utilities, software/SaaS, or subscription-based industries.

Experience leading global ERP transformation programs.

Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and APIs.
