Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM FICA Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP BRIM FICA solutions, with a strong focus on billing processes and customer account management.

Responsibilities

Implementing and configuring SAP BRIM FICA solutions according to business requirements.
Analyzing and optimizing billing processes and customer account management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
Providing support and troubleshooting for SAP BRIM FICA applications.
Training end-users and creating documentation for system processes and procedures.
Participating in system upgrades and enhancements.
Conducting data analysis and reporting for billing and invoicing.

Skills and Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in SAP BRIM FICA consulting or related fields.
Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
Experience with SAP Convergent Charging and SAP Convergent Invoicing modules.
Proficient in SAP FICA configuration and implementation.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant SAP certification in BRIM or FICA is a plus.
