Job Description
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in SAP BRIM CI/FICA module.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP C/4 HANA Billing or BRIM implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Customer Financial Management.
- Experience with S/4HANA Customer Management, Business Partner, and Contract Account management.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Consumption Items, Billable Items, Billing Configuration, Aggregation, Collective Billing.
- FI-CA processes including Open Items, Payments, Security Deposits, Installments, Interest, Write-offs, and GL integration.
- Customer Financial Management, Collections, Cash Desk, Dispute Management.
- Integration experience involving SOM, CC, CI, FICA, FICO, and SOAP APIs with S/4HANA.
- Domain knowledge in Internet Services, Telecom, Road Charging, or Service industries.
- Strong experience in process design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and support.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Important Note:
- Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interviews at the IBM location as per account requirement.
- Candidate should be ready for Day 1 reporting post onboarding.
